Upon passing, the individual should then submit the appropriate fee and application to the Virginia Board of Medicine, along with proof of registration with the ARRT. A license needs to be renewed biennially, and 24 hours of continuing education documented by the ARRT must also be completed, 12 of which must be in Category A.
