There are many opportunities in healthcare requiring two-year degrees or less. If you like the idea of caring for patients in a fast-paced setting, then a career as an x-ray analyst may be for you.
Radiologic analysts are a vital part of the healthcare team. They are responsible for obtaining images of specific body regions to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient. However, by 2015 students must have completed an associate degree in order to sit for the registry exam.
